I have been using Rockville Interiors for three years. Given the amazing work they do, the unparalleled customer service they offer, and the overall concern they have for each and every customer, I’m not sure how their competitors are able to stay in business. Rockville Interiors installed two sets of blinds in my luxury condominium in Arlington, Virginia. One automatic, one manual. Having had automatic blinds installed before in my previous condominium, I can speak based upon experience that their workmanship and the quality of their products are simply matchless. I’ve had no problem with either product at all. The measurements they made were perfect. With an eastern exposure, on a sunny morning with my blackout shades I can end up sleeping until the afternoon if I’m not careful. Even better, a couple of times over the past few years I had problems with the mechanical blinds that were solely caused by me. I called Rockville Blinds and they responded immediately (once while the employee was on vacation with his family), sent out a representative, and fixed the problem immediately, without question, at zero cost to me, and followed up with calls to make sure I was satisfied with their service. My experience has been simply outstanding.
